William A. Morris is a Denver trial attorney with over two decades of experience in bankruptcy litigation, real estate law, and general trial law (litigation). He holds a B.A. from the University of Colorado at Denver and a law degree from Oklahoma City University where he was a staff editor of the Law Review. He has been practicing law since 1991 and is admitted to practice in Colorado, Oklahoma, and Texas. Mr. Morris has been successfully litigating civil trial matters in Colorado for more than two decades.
Ernest E. Staggs is a trial attorney with expertise in estate planning and more than 25 years of experience litigating will contests and personal injury cases. He is a graduate of the University of Colorado School of Law and is a former law clerk to Colorado Supreme Court Chief Justice Luis D. Rovira. Mr. Staggs is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a degree in accounting. He was admitted to the Colorado Bar in 1988 and has extensive general civil litigation experience including insurance law and insurance defense.

William L. Carpenter is of counsel to the firm and has been engaged in the practice of law for thirty-six years. He currently focuses on estate planning, long term care planning and probate matters. Mr. Carpenter has extensive litigation experience in the areas of probate, criminal law, personal injury, worker’s compensation, dissolution of marriage and real estate. He is a graduate of the University of Colorado (J.D. 1977) and the University of Washington (B.A. in Business 1974).
